P.U.L.L. PEOPLE UPLIFTING LIVING LIVES is a company dedicated to ending violence in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and selected states. We work with local businesses and organizations, providing training that raises awareness of violence and mental health issues within their communities. In doing so, we give them the tools they need to create effective solutions that result in lasting change for local youth and adults alike.

Lisa Taylor
Lisa Taylor
Lisa Maria Taylor was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 3. She is the middle child of three daughters. Lisa has been a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the past fifteen years.
Lisa is an active member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Bachelor of Science in Human Services with emphasis on Child and Family Welfare, Associates Degree in Accounting and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology. Lisa is also Administrator Officer for Yohanna Real Estate LLC.
Lisa is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Delaware as a Life and Health Insurance Agent. Lisa has been employed as a Therapist for juveniles in placement, Counselor for Adults, Grant Writing, Professional Business Consultation and other professional services.
Lisa works with community organizations and local Addiction Recovery Programs to provide job training and opportunities to individuals completing recovery programs. Lisa was a coordinating member for effort to restore voting rights to ex-offenders which was granted nationally in the year 2000. She has been active in the community to effect change in both Baltimore, Maryland and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania since 1996.
She was Public Relations Director for Recovery King II in Baltimore, Maryland where she advocated for drug treatment instead of incarceration. Her personal philosophy is helping those looking for a hand up, not a hand out.
Michael Chase
Michael Chase was born September 14. 1967 in Baltimore Maryland. He attended private school for 10 years and public school for three years which help to form his life experience. He attended Connors State College for a period. Mike arrived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1999 with a vision of making improvements to himself as well as helping other improve. He worked with at-risk youth at Carson Valley from 2000 to 2008. This sparked his interest further in helping today youth and he became the coordinator of The Drug and Alcohol Unit for Sant Gabriel Hall for Juvenile Boys from 2007 to 2017. His experiences with youth created a growing gnaw in his gut to further make a difference. Mike became Co-Owner of an in-patient Clean and Sober program that thrived from 2016 to 2019. In 2018 he became a member of the Philadelphia Anti-drug Anti-violence Network where he would go out into the community with resources. Still, this was not enough for Mike. In 2021, he approached his current partner and said “I have some ideas to address some of the violence today. Let’s do something that will make a difference.” From this thought grew a partnership with Lisa Taylor and P.U.L.L. PEOPLE UPLIFTIING LIVING LIVES was formed. Mike and his partner have educated people on recognizing mental health issues and the impact on current violence today. Mike collaborated with the sister of Lambda Psi Nu, Inc and along with his partner provided over 600 back-2-school books bag and supplies during Mt. Vernon Baptist Church 2022 Community Day. He formed the theme for that event as “A Safe Space” day. Mike travels with boys from his community to give them an alternative to the perils of the street. Mike truly believes in putting time into those who will guide our future.
